Imaging Question: What Do You Call The 2000s and the 2010s? Like 70s, 80s, 90s …

So you’re updating your station’s format and this calls for a brand new slogan. You should highlight that you now play songs from 1990 to 1999, 2000 to 2009 and 2010 to now.

If this was a decade ago, it would simply be “80s, 90s and now” or “80s, 90s and today” or 3 decades ago, “the 70s, 80s, and 90s.”

Possible ones?

– 90s, 2ks and now (read ‘two kays’)

– 90s, 2ks and today

– nineties, naughties and now (awesome!)
– 90s, zeroes and now (“zeroes” sounds awkward, but yes, they have been used in some stations)
– 90s, naughties and teenies
– 90s, hundreds and tens (very weird)

– 90s, 00s and now (00s read ‘double-ows’)
– or the 1990s, 2000s and the 2010s (INSANE!)

So what do you think?
