ReelWorld Pulls Off ‘Mega Stellar’ Package for Spain’s Newest National Radio
Spain’s newest national radio station, MegaStarFM, went on air this month with a new jingle package from ReelWorld and an on air sound completely powered by ReelWorld’s ProductionVault CHR.
COPE’s Group Programme Director Javier Llano Abril commented, “ReelWorld did a magnificent job, now it’s up to us to make the magic on air too”!
MegaStarFM is COPE Group’s third music station and targets Spain’s 13-28 year olds. After recent major launches in Germany and France, this is ReelWorld’s first new package in Spain with Spanish vocals.
The Madrid based broadcaster is the latest European radio station to choose ReelWorld’s ONE jingle service for its on air branding. The unique service gives stations a choice of hundreds of jingles upfront, as well as new cuts every month.
“Our Spanish vocal team really nailed this package,” said ReelWorld’s European Managing Director Anthony Gay. “Already this year we have delivered new jingle packages in English, German, French, Dutch, Norwegian, and even Hungarian. We will continue to break down language barriers for stations around Europe who want to use our jingles – test us!”
MegaStarFM Head of Promotions Kevin Palmer was overjoyed when he heard the new package, “We couldn’t be more thrilled at the quality of the stuff. The jingles sound amazing. The entire team, especially Xavi, our morning show host, was just blown away on hearing the cuts for the first time and they’ll sound fantastic on the air.”
