NRK P3 Top Up with Wise Buddah Jingles @wbjingles

Norway’s national public service youth station NRK P3 has launched an update package, produced by Wise Buddah in London.

It comprises 7 new custom transition IDs, alongside 3 new beds for the station’s morning show. P3 have also taken re-sings of a selection of cuts from Wise Buddah’s 2015 packages for Holland’s Radio 538 and German youth station DASDING, to compliment the current on air sound which was also produced by Wise Buddah.

Phil Tozer, Production Manager, Wise Buddah Jingles, said:

“P3 were looking for a package that allowed them to transition between very different genres and styles, all whilst retaining that cool, “P3” sound. It was a brilliant challenge to get to explore a wide array of different music, and to try and create a very unique sounding package that would work on a number of levels. It was great to work again with Stian, Christer and the team and to compliment previous packages we have produced for them.”

“We were very happy with the overall sound Wise Buddah has given us over the last several years, but needed something new and different to further enhance P3’s unique sound in the Norwegian market. Being a youth-oriented public service station, we play a very broad spectre of popular music genres. Alongside our in-house producers the team both met and over-delivered on our wishes. I’m greatly looking forward to adding the new package to our on-air mix shortly after this year’s Radiodays Europe.”

Wise Buddah has recently completed new packages for BIG 949 (USA), Lite FM (Malaysia), Antenne Bayern (Germany) and NPO Radio 2 (Holland).
