[AUDIO] Oscar Winner Alexander Payne Reveals Alternate Descendants Ending on The Todd and Tylor Radio Empire
Burbank, CA – Syndicated Morning Rock-Talkers Todd N Tyler added to their list of high profile interviews this morning with Oscar Winner, Alexander Payne.
Payne, a friend of the TNT Radio Empire, stopped by the studio this morning to talk movies and joked to the duo about an alternate ending of his Oscar winning movie, The
“After the wife dies, I would have liked to include a scene the in crematorium where they all standing there solemn…and we cutaway into the casket and the wife wakes up.”
Clearly in jest about the alternative ending, but Alexander did confirm in order to really capture the Hawaiian lifestyle he moved there for eight months. Rough.
Payne also revealed the constant pressure he puts on himself to look for the next great movie and that to stay focused in the business he watches a movie a day. Touching on some of Alexander’s other work, Todd, a fellow yogi with Alexander, was able to get out Alexander how he got Jack Nicholson for his movie About Schmidt and Kathy Bates naked.
