Z100 Portland Imaging August 2011
KKRZ Z100 Portland may started out as a mirror of the New York giant WHTZ Z100, but the station has its own share of original sound.
Started in 1946, the station evolved from a pop AOR format to a solid Top 40 it is today.
Z100’s imaging is currently voiced by Kelly Doherty, voice of On Air with Ryan Seacrest and 102.7 KIIS FM.
In the imaging montage captured on August 8, 2011, jingles from MicroJams, a company run by Dave Kampel, can be heard, as well as a hook that leads to the intro of the song Airplanes.
The montage also showcases Back To The Music Sweepers, iHeart Radio promos and the Station With All The Earcandies Promo, which was also heard on Z100 New York.
